HEHEHEHEH... this is the best part of having a blog... You can write about anything you want especially if you are very eager to tell it to everyone....=P...Well well, Lets get started!!! I started working out more vigorously starting from the beginning of the year 2007 and gained undoubtedly great result even within the few months.
To start everything, I want to say that I'm an amateur bodybuilder and I really apply only the basics and some common complex ones. What I'm about to teach you are just the outer foundations of working out.
What you need to know about working out is your capability and mental. There is exactly no purpose of you working out if you think you are fat because what you think won't last when your brain is always constantly thinking about various things. Thinking won't help, Action definitely will. So, what you want to do is to build a very strong mental. When you work out, know that you are doing it because you want to be fit and not because you are fat. Understand your purpose of work out and never forget ( This creates discipline and constant momentum)
Once your mental foundation has been structured, you can move on to capability. Every single individual's fitness or work out capability differs according to diet, age, weight, gender, or condition. Therefore, you must know yourself more than ever before, start noticing how much you eat and your weight because that matters the most!
By having a great physical your self-esteem, confidence, and your life passion towards things will change greatly( Very much better than ever before)
After a very rough research, you can now start working out and Exercising! WUHUUU!! Here are some tips for Rough Workout: a) Create pressure with every single work out. b) Listen to upbeat songs. c) Just Do It. ( Nike sign over here)
Here are some tips for Exercising: a) Focus on what you want to lose. b) Do the same exercise until you see results.
*Above all of this, you must be consistent in your physical exercise.
