The below is a letter from Hannah Yeoh. Just for the record, I support what is right and not just any leader. Mind you, Hannah Yeoh is not asking for people to support her, but people who will stand for what is right.

So many people have been telling me just how frustrated they are with the current political situation in our country. Some have told me that they regretted voting for change because of the political instability now and would prefer returning to their old style of voting - vote for stability and forget about having a stronger opposition and greater check and balance. I shudder at the thought of this!

One needs to remember the reason why we are seeing such great resistance for change is simply because there is much to lose for those who have been in power for so long. For decades there has been so much abuse of power, unchecked misuse of public funds and plain dirty corruption. With a stronger opposition now, they stand to lose their illegal sources of income and some may even be charged and sent to prison if they are found guilty.

With this in mind, they will fight at all costs to reclaim back power and to ensure they can continue to steal public funds from the people for their own enrichment. We are not just dealing with differences in politics; we are combating evil forces who will not rest till they secure back their powers and illegal sources of income.

Sometimes I feel equally frustrated and disillusioned about the political situation too. Sometimes I lie awake thinking of how to effect change in this land. Some days I cry while driving in between meetings thinking of what's left for the future generation in this land if we give up now.

I have endured much verbal attack from political enemies, accusation after accusation of me not doing anything for my constituents and etc. No one truly understands the resistance we face daily in discharging our duties except for my fellow PR assemblymen.

Robert Kennedy once said ‘*Progress is a nice word. But change is its motivator and change has its enemies.*’ Our enemies are resisting change but we must stand firm and continue to push for a competent, accountable and transparent government.

At the end of each day, as I lay myself to sleep, I ask God for strength, wisdom and protection to face the next. I look forward to the end of the term when I can tell the people of Subang Jaya that I have remained clean and have not stolen any of the taxpayers' funds.

As reminded by Raja Petra in his blog "*Please continue your struggle to make Malaysia a better place for our future generation. This country belongs to them and it is for them that we struggle.*" All hope is not lost. Come the next election, vote out the corrupt once and for all. Hang in there supporters and friends, the best is yet to come!

Wow.. This are the words written by a citizen of Malaysia. I agree to what she has said that in the case of instability, its because of the fight of power between good (non-corrupt) and evil(corrupt). Obviously, when there is an opposing force things will have to shake and eventually fall for a new power to rise up. The purpose of this text was to enlighten the citizens of M'sia that when things are going bad, we should remain strong and firm to what is right because the only reason it is going bad, is because the good leaders are shaking the bad leaders.

So, we Malaysians should not enter FREAKING immigrant mindsets- what is that mindset? I'll explain-
"getting worse la this country, move out la"
"not my country, this country stepping stone to australia oni(only when things are bad)"
"my future generation will suffer la, must change country(kotek you, you go other country doesn mean better-if your definition of not suffering means not partaking in bad politics then I would say your brain is very small. When your kids which is your future generation grow up- you think when they stay in more developed countries(australia, america), they can get job? they can be more successfull? they can have a good pay? where are they going to stay? apartment you noe friend... how many millions of people who are more talented, educated, and experienced then you compared to in M'sia? Why they want to hire an indonesian worker when they can hire local?

but we should continue fighting. Imagine at the very last battle between good and evil which hence would decide who would be leaders of the country-we back down, we give up, we care not... then what is the whole purpose of our fight? Might as well give up at the very beginning.. We have already started shaking the bad people, let us continue doing so till the end!

You have your talents, gifts, and voice to make change and stand for what is right. Don't waste your energy critizing and say what is right and what is wrong. Just do what is right-play your part. I believe in every good fight, the end is always near, a time where our children can see and experience good public transport, trustworthy civil workers, loyal and integrity government servants, dynamic ecosystem with its splendour of trees, roads, and infrastructure. We will be better than other countries but humility being the essence of our development, not pride and arrogance. We can make a change, we can make a difference.

Work Out Post Part 1

Its finally here! Here goes my motivation talk to Jon! haha! You better work out man- I've spent hours on this.. Before we get started, here are some basic things you need to master:

a) breathing technique- always breath out when pressure is implied. This explains brain cramps because when your muscles are getting teared, energy and oxygen is needed more there so when you don't breathe, oxygen is reduced at your brain. BRAIN FREEZE!

b) rest- after working out, you need at least 12, 24, 48 hours of rest depending on your regeneration period where your muscles get fixed again (the rate usually increases as you exercise more)

c) meals- the best way to lose fats and gain muscle is to eat! Hallelujah for all the Malaysians! The more times you have your meals (moderate ones), the higher your metabolic rate. This will help prevent unused food to turn into fats by the digestion of your acid in your cute little tummy.

d) sleep- sleep at least 6-8 hours a day. This will help decrease your regeneration period.

Shoulders.

The emphasize on achieving a broad shoulders cannot be compromised. For me, having a broad shoulder and a strong back is like having milo in the morning- its mandatory! Why? Broad shoulders complements your arms and makes you look wider and bigger while your back allows you to burden on higher weights- you don't want to hurt your back!

There are 2 methods you can do to achieve a broad shoulder:
1. Arnold press [middle deltoids] 2. Military press (shoulder press) [middle deltoids] 3. Lateral raises [middle deltoids] 4. Front Dumbbell raises [front deltoid].

People who have shoulders usually work on their trapezius (back muscle group) to balance that width. Trapezius are those muscles beside your neck just to make things clearer!

To have that, you can do shrugs. With 2 dumbbells side by side of your body, slowly elevate your shoulders up and down as though you're saying "I dunno"..

Here is my workout routine for my shoulders. Adjust them according to your limit.
Military press- 10-12 reps, 5 sets[6kg] Shrugs- 15-20 reps, 4 sets[6kg]

Bicep & Triceps.

This is the part all the guys steam. You want it big and you want it hard. Don't get me wrong, its nice- But, don't make it imbalanced because you will look like a freak.

So many guys out there wear them tight shirts and their bicep and tricep popping out like them marry poppins- ask them to take out their shirt and all you see is a big belly and unshaped shoulders.. sad case. Don't be decieved, big bicep and triceps can make you look big but short- that's why you need your shoulder exercise.

Here are some techniques:
1. Dumbbell curls 2. Alternating dumbbell curls 3. Bent dumbbell curls

Triceps and Biceps are 2-must-be-balanced muscle groups. Never get one bigger than the other. Here are some techniques:
1. Pumping 2. Back dumbbell lift- Raise your dumbbell with 2 hand and centre it to the back of your head. Then, slowly lift it higher till your arms are almost straight in the air.

One important thing I want to highlight is similar weight limits. Try to make your right arm and left arm able to carry the same weight with the same reps and set. You don't want to look distorted.

Here are my workout routines for this section:
Dumbbell curls-10reps, 4 sets[16kg] Alternate Dumbbell curls-20 reps, 3 sets[8.5kg] Bent Dumbbell curls-8-9 reps, 3 sets[6kg] Pumping- 15 reps, 3 sets Back Dumbbell lift- 11-12 reps, 5 sets[16kg]

Chest.
Nothing beats having a good chest- it makes everything fit together from the shoulder to the abs connecting them. It certainly makes everything fuller and your shirt more compact. I get chest mainly by pumping but some still figure- how mine got so big? Simple, everytime you innitiate a pump, make sure your posture is focused on contracting and retracting your chest area. Of course, it hurts on my tricep and a bit of my shoulders too.

There are definitely machine and dumbbell based exercises but I don't do them. Here is one if you have a dumbbell and a bench.

Flat Bench Dumbbell Flyes
1. Lie flat on a bench, feet firmly on floor.
2. Make sure that your butt, back, shoulders, and head are firmly positioned on the bench.
3. Press the dumbbells straight up above you. Your elbows should be slightly bent and your palms should be facing each other. In this position the dumbbells should be touching each other (or pretty close).
4. Keeping a slight bend in your elbows, slowly lower the dumbbells away from each other in an arc. Lower them until a comfortable stretch is felt in the chest area.

Here are my workout routine:
Pumping-15 rep,3 sets

Overnight At Dic's and Lunch at Tenji's

Hey guys! I'm updating on an outdated event on June 19. We gathered at Dic's house for a Slumber Party! We had dinner nearby and we hanged out at Dic's crib the whole time while talking and then watched Disaster Movie. The movie which is an insult to Hollywood that is. If the director is reading this, you better go back to your school of directing-wait.. did you attend any? You don't have to put 10 minutes of swearing non-stop at the end of the movie for your fill-up-the-time sake because I have no brain.

Next, a delightful treat at Tenji's!!! Oh my gosh! This restaurant is da bomb ma nig**!!!! hohohoho- This place rocks! They have everything from western to japanese ya'll! Its located at Mont Kiara and I encourage you to go if you don't mind splurging yourself to a good treat once in a while!

I don't really see the point of updating nowadays unless they are important happenings in my life to post up and lately I've just been at home so no need for updates yea..

Wah, this week gila bad week.. Member only work with my mom, then come home and Garena.. with who? AHEM JASON, AH CHU DIC VINN... *cough cough* sher mun.. Bad influence... If we play must play latest until 12 only. Must set the time... play until sunrise all...

Also, prayer has been really working, people's life has been changing, results coming in and improvements here and there. Hallelujah! Ying hao came to cell group too! prayer answered la.. One person goin and needing Jesus is a tear of joy in my eye. Oh, Ying Hao goin U.S. u noe... If you want any stuff there just tell him, MAYBE he will buy seeing things are cheap..hehe.

As I was saying, the only thing I did for the week was working with my mom. That was and will be some challenging job. I tell you, my mom call me at 9.00 am to go work at 945 am.. Come house at 930 am.. The eyebagssssss aaaaa.. slap it one time...

Working is not the problem though.. Its the adjusting and flexibility.. You see, my mom doesnt really set a proper working schedule.. So, I have to kinda wait for the working time.. Thus, before I work, I do nothing. After that, I am just too lazy.. LOL. Got la shower all..

I must always be prepared la.. little changes in my life, become unstable di... some pondan weh... I MUST INVOLVE BECOME BLASTOISE! hhehheheh...

No, its not a watch brand =.=, it is not a superhero, its oreo(rhymes)!

hehehe, Its actually a name I wanted to get so that people could call me with ease. Then again, they could call me tikus, titless, and stuff.

I didn't want to update my blog. Previously, all I have been doing was Garena, Garena, Garena.. I once played from 11 a.m. till 1 a.m. Little did I know how SAD was that kind of life. So, I repented! Must change weh.. If not later you will see me in WCG instead of Taylors College or Sunway.. Now, I ventured myself into the pro zone of working out, taking one step at a time with my driving, halllelujah... Finally! 45/50 for my Undang exam in just one take!!!

Also, I'm going to help my mom, help you if you need some help, building my character and spiritual life, and my mom is going to teach me to cook! hehhee! Next time, I open restaurant, it will be called BBC-Big Boys Cafe! No vegetables, no rice or noodles, PURE MEAT! Suddenly can see The Rock there all, Triple H and stuff.

One thing I have realized- We need to spend more time together.. miss my friends weh...Time is passing with every second coming closer to a brethren's departure to only mean to appreciate everyone sacrificially.

As I was seating in a cab just the other day, the driver and I came across a sea of cars to behold a massive jam awaiting us. That time was only around 4++ pm and the jam already occurred. This road we took was the highway in between ss18 and 19.. I am not sure what it is called.

Malaysians! We must cut down on the unnecessary usage of vehicles! With bad public transport, the carpool way is emphasized! Yes you have your P and yes you can drive on the road. But, don't purposely drive for the sake of it when you know there are other ways! If its short distance, cycle like Jia Chen la! He go to tuition, work all with bicycle wehh! He sure become ambassador of the environment. Remember, cut down!

According to Sarah Orngunze, nigga is an abusive word for blacks only. Which means that if a white chinese fat boy(not wei shen or si onn) says that words it would be a BAD BAD WORD but if among the blacks it is said, it would just be another calling word like bro or buddy.

Yeah, what Dic said was true. We need to start love working cause we are goin to work for the next 30 years? If you don't work and love working but stay at home and do nothing, what is the point?

Adding unnecessary points, remember that your work will never suit you 100%. You have to suit the work, not the other way round. Even in the extend of matching with your talents, the work that you will be doing will never fit your talent 100%. It is up to you to adapt to that and later on slowly using those talents more and more. Well, at least thats what my experience taught me. It is so difficult to adapt to work life, what more loving it? But now, it is definitely getting better and more comfortable.

Wuhuu! Waking up for morning prayer meeting cannot get this good! Well, of course physically when you wake up you seriously feel like got the Taipei 101 building at your back weh...GILA SUSAH! By the way, if you do not know what is Taipei 101, go check it out and improve your general knowledge! LOL. I woke up for it at 530 am and gosh thats the first time since erm a few months ago...haha.. alar wanted to say like a few years to make it more deep....Prayer meeting is really awesome, its really about whether you are for real to seek the face of God or not.. Thats all to it.

Nowadays, I work from Monday to Wednesday and after that I would be doing house chores, exercising and keeping in touch with friends. I think pretty soon I would be working from Monday to Friday though. Now that I am working I realized how grateful I should be even to have little things in my life and through little things, I find my joy. I have also been looking around colleges and doing a little research here and there. However, the only decision that I have made was to do mascom!

Oh, something random I want to share with you. After work in Teluk Pulai which is further than Klang, the train I am suppose to sit on undergoed maintennance and I have to wait for 1 and a half hour! BAPAK! I wait there like some so zhai love to wait for train for nothing..

I wish you Happy Chinese New Year! Gong Xi Fa Cai!
So I came back from hometown a couple of days ago and continue my work in True Fitness. Soon after, I hopped unto my previous job with Amelia from Starmaker Company.

In between of this two part of my doings, I immediately got myself reassured on how relevant will a fitness post be seeing that CHINESE people would definitely have splurged themselves with food during CNY.

So here goes the relevance-more specifically on maintaining a non-pot belly. First of all, nothing will happen to your united nations below your chest as you regret eating buffet at Hartz or Shogun. Your united nations will not become 8 rock hard gangsta packs. However, if you understand that you are the secretary general of your united nations and use that position to transform and take action on it- you will see yourself developing those brilliant abs.

Time and time again, people wonder how come abs are so difficult to form-easy, imagine working on your biceps, how long does it take for you to see your biceps become big? (1-2 months) Take that number and multiply it by 8. You need x8 the amount of effort and time to get those abs seen and shining. In addition to that, remember that whatever you eat and gets processed will accumulate at your stomache, thus fats will be formed faster on your stomache then other parts of your body. For girls, fat goes radically to your stomache, bum, and thighs.

Therfore, in order to GET abs or non-pot belly, 2 things are certain. Diet and exercise are compulsory. If you're doing exercise but implying an eat more diet program or continue with the old eating habit of me... Guess what? those 8 rock hard gangster packs are not going to exist. EVER. So, exercise CONSISTENTLY and EFFECTIVELY as well as mantain a good weight loss diet program all the days of your life. In this city of Malaysia, exercising is not a problem. Everyone goes jogging, carrying weights and goin to gym...

The problem then after you already make exercising a lifestyle is actually keeping a good weight loss diet program. Everytime a guy or a girl hears the word diet, they will be more than proud to say, " I know about it and I'm doing it". News flash! You don't know what is diet. Diet is the sum of the food consumed by an organism or group (as said by wikipedia) So, as of now everyone is on a diet. As long as you are eating, you are on a diet. Weight loss diet however is a whole different story. You are CUTTING DOWN on a CERTAIN AREA of your food groups. You don't STOP an AREA of a food group completely. You don't stop taking rice or meat.. you might lose weight, but a guarantee is that you are losing your mind. CUT DOWN is the key word in a weight loss diet. As you cut down on a certain food group lets say RICE, don't then eat more meat unless of course you are really building muscle. Also understand that junk food such as EYES CREAM, TWISTIES, or SWEETS are a part of your diet. I know its difficult, take it easy, do it slow and once weight loss diet becomes a lifestyle, it becomes SO easy. I wish you the best in taking care of your body and God bless.

Hey all you grown-ups! Your short, white, and ugly bro is here baby to update! If you're wondering what have Sung Lin been doing or whether his muscles has gotten any bigger, wonder no more for I have your questions answered!

I have been employed by True Fitness to work there for roughly 5-6month. Right now I am undergoing training in sales and marketing. Don't be surprised if you hear my voice on your phone at night when its raining and you are all alone, when you're at the car park and the lights are not well lit or when you're sitting alone and you got buried into quietness. Besides that, please help and support me if you can in any way through joining and etc.

Next, I just got back from an advertisement shoot. Ying Hao told me about it and i sent in my profile to the management. Soon after, I got a respond saying that I've been selected to be the ca-le-fer. I am really happy and thankful even just to play a very minor role. Thank God I have this oppurtunity given to me by Ying Hao. Its a great experience and exposure. The advertisement is for Cadbury.

In addition to that, I have been so blessed. My friends got me a new Sony Ericsson F305 mobile phone for my birthday! Hallelujah! Praise God! I love all of you so much and I look forward to all our future gatherings!

Most importantly, although I have been busy the month round, I am still alligned with God and my cross is still carried by me. I really want to thank God for all the presents and oppurtunities and I will countinue to strive to bless people, build my character and glorify God.

A Big Start in 09'

I was browsing through shops in Taipan and Subang Parade and Wisma Consplant. From Starbucks to Coffee Bean to Leo's(not the club) to disappointment. My passion in becoming a personal trainer became stagnant as I still anxiously await a return call from the head of Fitness First. However, beginning with a short random conversation concerning a job vacancy and slim chances of getting hired or so I thought, I got a job from my church friend, Amelia Tan. A dynamic christian, a visionary manager, is what I saw. I really thank God and Amelia for opening up a door of vacancy for me.

A big start indeed. It seems very different working than studying, doing things yourself and independantly unlike being supported by so many people. Nonetheless, from applying a job to getting and starting one, its all a great learning experience and exposure. You see wider horizons and possibilities with God when you open up your eyes. It is tiring but satisfactory guaranteed plus the joy of the Lord is your strength. In addition to that, I have been spending a lot of time with friends! I am so blessed to have great friends!

A Spectacular New Year

This ought to be the best new year yet! Ying Hao planned an outing to watch Bedtime Stories and a few of us were there! Shortly after that, we went to Summer Steamboat and the food there was tasty! It is so nice to have your close friends spend time together with ya. Everyone was so crazy! Wyman was saying that if you squeeze and egg with your palms, the egg will never break even if you're the strongest man on earth. So, I tried-representing the Buff Club being the president. Yes, We Can. Cannot breakla! Then my secretary Jonathan also tried, also cannot break (this part wasn't surprising-just joking Jon!). Super funny weh! I was super scared that it would break then I could see the faces of little devils tempting me saying, "Come on sung, can it really break?" Surely it will not." "Are you scared?" Cause before that some smart fella(jon) throwed an egg to me and then shout, "catch the egg". With my quick reflex I managed to catch it la..But it BOUNCED out of my hand so it broke. Embarassing weh...

We then decided to sleep over at Ying Hao's house to usher in the NEW YEAR! Before I went there I went to Li Za's Church to pray and flashback what God has done for us. Very worth the going and then 3, 2, 1! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Fireworks were litted and off I went to Ying Hao's house to continue the celebration. Happily I stepped inside his house and I thought that they were waiting innocently for my arrival. Little would I hope that some Australian Guy would have changed his naughty and cheeky attitude-but I guess not. If you are wondering who that guy is, just know that he got a girlfriend named A_ _ _ _ _. Nicely I came in then most of them started shooting me-BABI! Jon rolling on the floor while shooting me, Cass hiding while shooting, I run to the back also they corner and shoot me, like Counter Strike weh... Owh Yea! This Jon pointed his gun directly on my skin and shot. Until now, still got bruise. After they had fun, we then played this card game whereby the lowest value would have to drink. A lot of stupid things happened that night and we slept at 7 am. Adam, Ying Hao, Jason, Jonathan, Andrea, Cassandra, Wyman, Li Za, Andrea, Lucas, and Wei Shen were with us throughout the day.

The next day, we headed to lunch and since we couldn't let go of each other yet(aww), we went to Summit and played bowling. Later in the night, we went to Restaurant Ahwa and ate HOKKIEN MEE! Its SO NICE! I want to go there again! SO NICEE! Dunno whether ajinomoto or the cook but whatever it is, its fantastic. Ask Andrea about the place and try it for yourselves! Ying Hao, Jonathan, Andrea, Grace, Mabel, Michelle was with me. Then, we went back to Andrea's house and played Taboo! So fun!

The next day, Jon, Jason, Adam, and I went to Sunway Club! Its good to see most of the guys and even girls having the passion and inspiration to continue and start physical building! Male by birth, men by choice! Yeah! Later then, Jason and I joined Wei Shen, Joanna, Ju Yinn and Xiao Fern for a movie and then we had a good talk! I hate scary movies!

Above all, it has been a good happy start in the year 2009 but I pray and hope that this year all of us will experience productivity, growth, increase, and bear good fruits from character. We will work hard, stay focused, and let our harvest be glorious to God. God Bless and stay tuned!

A Wonderful Birthday & Christmas

Christmas must have came early for me as my surprise birthday came along with warmth and love from my friends-the very essence of Christmas spirit.

On 22nd December, I woke up early at 9.15 a.m. with forced motivation to clean up my house. The reason was that I actually organized a get together for a time of BORED games and behind my back my friends organized a surprise for me too. They came around 9.30 a.m. and parked right outside my house where I sighted them from afar from where I stand near the porch. I was sleeping with the broom.. I mean sweeping with the broom and entered to a state of shock. In my head it goes something like this:
lei chou mat yeh...come my house so early i thought i told you all come at 11+ am..

Andrea, jon, wei shen were there first with their surprise presence. Dic vinn that time still having breakfast...haha!

So, they decided to give me a hand(took the knive and cut the left hand out and gave it to me)by helping me with my house chores...awww, I super touched and embarassed. My house was like some pig farm- super dirty! dog shit here and there, my shit here and there, wei shen's shit here and there, andrea's hair here and there, dic vinn's breakfast here and there. lol

They were busy cleaning the porch that were filled with dead leaves and grease on the floor when POP Dic Vinn and Chooi Si came. They too helped along in the house by Dic Vinn ironing for 1 hour on the same shirt that actually was still wrinkled(haha chey joking la) and Chooi Si helped me with sweeping. Shortly after that, we went to eat but Chooi Si had to rush back for lunch...We came back and played Volcano! WUHUU! Made the clay for the mountain and then watched Rogue Crocodile while waiting for Ying Hao and the clay to become HARD. That show is definitely not as good as JAWS la. It was all Jon's fault (80% Sung 20%Jon) that we watched that instead of Shutter. We played RISK after that-gila sien la.. didn noe how to really play the game I guess..

It was a teriffic day and Jon, Andrea, Wei Shen, Dic Vinn, Ying Hao and Chooi Si made every moment truly warm and lovely. Thank you so much :)

The next day at night a few of us went to Andrew Foo's house for his christmas gathering. Very beautiful decoration and christmassy.

The day passed by fast! Soon I came to realize that my mom came back from Australia. Missed her so much man I tell you.. We celebrated Christmas together and I got a few things..yay! Thank you family and friends for a wonderful Christmas!

Apart from my vanity post, 3 more days and our 2008 will come to an end. Let us look forward for a better and progressive year ahead. Plan and write down your 2009 resolutions. Aspects from character building to studies to finances to physique to career to spirituality to presentation development to the way you talk, walk, and do. Most of all, be practical and realistic to yourself. Don't make hasty big changes that will only backfire your resolutions.

The early bird catches the worm. Have a test run on your resolutions- are you able to cope with what you have written and plan to do? Take around 1-2 day to test your ability to work towards the resolutions. If too lazy, take a recap at your entire life for the year 2008 and see that you are able to achieve your new resolutions. When your resolutions are done properly, you will have a great start.

Lastly, keep your resolutions as specific to the point where you can still have room to rest and relax and do things that will come about randomly from time to time. Remember, resolutions are not just annual motivated ideas but also strongly preferred to become monthly goals. (as some resolutions may have already been accomplished) Prepare your heart to work hard, work smart, and open up to a new you. Make sure you pray hard about it. God bless.

Good afternoon! PROM was fantastic!

Congratulations to Stephanie Ho, Aina, Xueli, and Yi Xin. You have done a great job.

However, I wished that we could have more time together. Everything went by too quick and there were only little time to sit down and chat. Next time, they should have a prom camp or something..

We had our prom at Sunway Ballroom and the venue was a good choice. The settings and scenery, very classy. Entered the ballroom with a chop at my hand---> Met all my friends---> sat down as it begins---> BAM, prom ended

After that, we went to Asia Cafe and the night was far spent until 2 in the morning. Slept at Shahnon's place. Thanks Shahnon and your family for your hospitality! Thanks Dic Vinn and Donavan for your transport!

Recently, I went to Taylors and inquired about the courses there. I think I would do SAM in Taylors. The counselor there is really friendly- My counselor was Jean. Hopefully, unlike in secondary school, I hope I can excel in SAM and truly be a good student. I need to turn over a new leaf and be a blessing to others.

I Am So Blessed

It feels great to be back on!

This could be my most busiest week yet! I went to gym on Monday. I got this free pass to go True Fitness for 15 days! wicked! Thank you Wei Mund! How is True Fitness?

Pros
a) practical and convenient for USJ folks and some SS folks.
b) amazing facilities
c) spacious
d) motivating

Cons
a) expensive

Saw that! Just a few days of observations(not towards the opposite or maybe the same sex) and I think that anyone who has that extra money should go this gym. I support Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness and California Fitness and Ah Beng Fitness(I forget who created this gym...please tell me if your the creator) too!

On Tuesday I went out with my friends for lunch at SS area and then Me, Jon, and Ying Hao headed to Taipan to look at some coats and Graceknot! Their coats are maintained well and they are really friendly! At the later, saw that English! Some James Bond English leh! We in-prompt-to called Candy to send us to Parade. Wei Shen was some KEH LEH FER! We watched Saw 5 in the late afternoon and then I went to prayer meeting at church. That sums up my day. One thing I wanted to highlight-(throughout my journey to parade, some guy name J keep playing with my pectoralis major muscle)

I only went to gym on Wednesday.

On Thursday, I went to Jeremy's house early in the morning at 8 and we had lotsa FUN. No la, I just used his computer to do e-study. After some family activities, we headed down to Sunway Pyramid and watched Transporter 3! The show was so cool! Quite similar to James Bond. His actions were more gangster unlike the gentle, rugget, blue eyed, nice body, with a cute girl-Mr. Bond. The girl in the movie spoilt it! She is pretty but the way she talked and her freckles ruined the way it supposed to match Frank Martin. Soon after in the night, I had my class party! WUHUU! I miss my class very much. I always feel warm and cozy and so sibling-like whenever I'm with them.

Then it was Friday, I attended the CF Farewell Dinner! Very well done! Better than expected. At first, I was thinking-how is this event going to be done in a house so far away? And wala-the event went smoothly and I am so happy with the people that came-Vinesh, Arthur, Jimmy, Li Za, Yih Shan, Min Shen, Wei Shen, the rest of the Form 5, Form 4, and Form 3 members. Wuhuu! We had a blast! First, it started with ice-breakers. It was super funny! Bang-bang game(dun think naughty all-you wont get a present for Christmas) The Gamemaster chooses a victim. The victim squads down and the person to the left and right has to quickly shoot each other with a loud 'bang'. The 'dead' person has to squat while the victim stands back up and continues to choose the next victim.

After that, we had praise and worship and a christmas song! Aww, it feels so nice to get into the mood! Warm and cozy! Then, we makan. Soon after, we played games again.. This time it was super funny la. It goes "honey, if you love, can you smile?" and the targetted victim must not smile or laugh when he/she replies back to him/her with "honey, i love you, but i just can't smile". I think only the girls can play this game. All the guys tak boleh tahan sial. After that, we sang christmas carols to end the night. Wonderful!

Afternoon came quick on a Saturday and I quickly approached to Candy's car and we went to Kota Permai Golf Club! We had lotsa fun! We took emo pictures, gay pictures and group pictures! The food was good and I took a lot la. Round after round. Lisa took more la I think. haha. Good job and thank you to Joanna and the BOD of 2008/2009 for making this event a sucess! The games and the video was fun and funny! Thank you so much! I am feeling sad-der now.

Then at night, we had fun man! so fun! haahahah we had guys night out man! Once in a blue moon weh we can do that! With our hands grasping the same noodle cup, watching football and The Black Knight, I mean The Dark Knight. Everyone was so apek weh, even Andrew Foo, oops! ahahha that fella still handsome la no matter how apek he is.

Sunday, we went to church and I am so so glad that all my friends could make it. Together into the presence of God-that is the strength and unity we all should strive for. Around 12++ we walked to Sunway Pyramid and ate at A&W for lunch. We watched Twilight after that. I don't know why but I really liked the way the movie is presented and showcased. The scenery and characters are also very unique on its own. I menggilakan the movie.

On Tuesday, some of my friends and I went for futsal at U1. Suddenly, I was invited. If you would not have known, I am a bad footballer! Kenan paid for me wehh.. Thank you bro! I am so blessed. I scored 1 goal.. Praise God wehh! Its very tiring!

Kenan, thanks for always sending me to and fro from gym and blessing me.

10-12 December=Pangkor Trip
Andrew and Samuel organized a trip for the prefects and some students also came. Thank you so so much Andrew and Sam for making this trip possible and into a reality. With 30++ of us we headed down to Lumut, Perak with a bus from school at roughly 10 o'clock in the morning.

10/12/08
10-2pm- Bus headed down to the jetty at Lumut, Perak.

2-3.30pm-We sat the ferry to go to Pangkor!

3.30pm- We reached Pangkor Village Resort.

3.30-12am- We unpacked our luggage's and quickly headed down to the massage beach. Do you know why I call it the massage beach? Well, its because the beach was dirty and rocky so every time our feet touched the ground, theres this poking sensation-it really hurts. We played volleyball and as usual I was the best player la-diving towards the ball, spike, dig, set, all got-YEAH RIGHT. Playing at the beach must have a whole new different feel! We played the Burry Game. We were divided into 4 teams and we need to bury any person from the team and with a sandcastle on top of that guy. So fun and quite sick too. This Ying Hao gila ham sap weh, he go make a Godzilla out of the sand and so big some more..hahhahahhahahha... He was uber enthusiastic about it. Then, you know la we all-we go and destroy the godzilla then he go and make again..his face was super serious weh.. Like if you goin to touch my godzilla, you better ask permission. We made the buried Jia Chen to look like a mermaid..very nice wan.

We walked back to our resort and had our dinner after that. We walked to the nearby shops and POP it became co-co crunch! That was super random but it was a wake up call for your brain in case you were getting tired. We walked to the nearby store and did nothing and walked back to the resort. That was serious! There was nothing else that we could but to explore the area..hehe. Before that, me, Jon, Shun Tai, Darren, Samuel, and Ji Soon played strip black jack..Its SO SO SO SO SO SO SO FUNNY! The game goes as such that when your number either exceeds 21 or too low compared to others; you must take out one item that you are wearing. I was acing the game as usual...God of blackjack, what to do...Shun Tai is so so funny!

11/12/08
Morning came quick as we slept late. The light from the Sun descended only unto our dorm first-the girls dorm still like MORDOR. And immediately there was a sound from heaven-a wake up call. Actually, it was just my watch alarm. Sounded like some LOTR novel right. So, we got ready for an awesome day of snorkelling. We first had breakfast and off we went! Before we arrived to our snorkelling destination, the seaman showed us carved rocks that looks like animals due to the erosion from the sea water. 2 images-1 looks like a cute turtle(cuter than wei shen) and 2 looks like a crocodile(not as big as godzilla) We went to Teluk Nipah too. We snorkeled in 2 different smaller islands and sad to say the fishes are not as much and diverse and corals there are all almost dead! :( Curse you pollutants!

Time flew and we headed back to our resort for lunch. After which I was so tired, I slept. At around 230pm++ I woke up and WHAT THE SYAUQI again! Practically everyone disappeared. I went out of my dorm and yay I saw Jon, Hua Kit, Yu Han, Darren, Andrea and Cass! We played rugby! It was so fun! Playing in the sea is more difficult and straining though.

Later in the afternoon, I headed north from the resort and reached a part of a beach where there were water sports. I was so smart I tell you, I rented a bike which costs rm 3 an hour and left it there for 4 hours straight. eh, I never pay for it la! I remembered! lucky me! For the water sports, we had to pay RM 50 for 3 sport activities. 1st was banana boat ride, 2nd was the ViperX and 3rd was Airhead. I am sure you have heard about the banana boat so I will explain about the ViperX and Airhead. ViperX seats 4 intelectually challenged people who wants to risk getting thrown into the water, get bitten by sharks, stung by a jellyfish, and poisoned by sea urchines. You will be sitting on this cushion but literally flying on the air as it starts to take you on a hell boat ride. Please do make sure you hold on tight. Similar like the ViperX, Airhead is just distinguished by the patty-like cushion whereby you lay flat on the cushion, hands reaching out on the handles. Superman like on a cushion. Indeed, you will be flying or crying.

The boat rides ended at dawn and we headed back to our resort for wash up and dinner. During wash up, there was some conflict weh. You see, I went into the girls dorm after I have bathed which is already quite late and so i figured that all the girls would have been done and just talking. I justified my thoughts as I heard laughter and conversations when I got closer to the door. I open and I saw Dhivya shuffling. SERIOUSLY. SO FUNNY RIGHT!!! hahahaha Its random and I saw Li Za and her gang. Like a bolt from the blue, Andrea and Cass scream I think.. I was like what the syauqi again. They were changing but I didn't know! I am so sorry Andrea and Cassandra if I made you feel so insecured! I never see anything. You can check my eye history. After Dinner, we karaoke-ed and Joel was the whackiest man! He was trying so hard to make his voice sound so bad! hahaha. After the singing, we went to downtown again and I got myself a shirt! What a whooper!

I got back from downtown and then we sat in circles on the beach and talked life. Relationships were strengthened and deepened even as we speak of things that had no relevance or significance.

We woke up late and got ready to leave the resort. We toured around the island and bought gifts, souvenirs, and even food for our family and friends. The trip came to an end as we sat the bus for the final time reaching to our school.

We will have another trip and when that day comes, we shall rejoice. We have another 70 or more years to live, we definitely will have some great times together.

I am so blessed to have great friends by my side.

What's Been Happening

Wow, it has been a long time since I've updated this blog. Customizing a blog skin is so hard and time consuming. I took 4 hours you know! Do this do that, break dance a bit, but its worth it. I am finally done with my new skin! I hope you like it :)

What happened in the last few weeks? Hm, lets start with SPM. The first paper, BM was horrible. I was too relaxed and was not used to the SPM atmosphere. I took my time and time really did fly. I jumped to the Novel Konserto Terakhir questions but did not have time to go back to the unfinished komsas questions! I think I lost around 5-10 marks there. Sej was okay..I checked with my friends and I got 5 wrong for objective, hopefully. The essay made me quite relieved-I only studied Form 4 Chapter 1,3,4,5,6 only! and all of Form 5 la... and luckily what I did not study did not came out! Phew!

Next was English. The essay part was okay la..It actually depends a lot on the graces of my examiner! You see I did the number 5 question which says end a story with 'Now I finally realize the meaning of a true friend'. So, I wrote about this guy who had a broken family and his one friend have a good family and both of them were close to everyone in the family. Then this guy went to upper secondary and wanted to be naughty. He did bad things and his one friend would call him from time to time to check up on him. This guy got super annoyed la and continued his infamous lifestyle and wanted to take drugs for the first time. Before he managed to jab himself, his one friend called and immediately told him to stay with the family and actually told him to stop whatever he was doing as he knew he was about to get involved in an unwanted position. Thanks to my wonderful friends, my confidence on that essay died! They say terpesong, out of context, this that..Ish! I also think might not be that impressive as I exaggarate too much at certain aspects of the guys father and mentioned only little about his one friend.

Over to a next paper was Mathematics. It was fine. I am sure most of us did well for it! Add maths was awesome too! Yeahhh right. I did horrible in this paper. I was like "cikgu, saya tak ambil kertas tamil la". Super difficult weh...Paper 1 some more I did so much careless mistakes! Paper 2 even worse weh.. I stoned in front of the paper. When I first started doing, it was okay. After one hour, it started to become harder. I do hope I can get a B or A2 or A1! Moral was fine.

Chemistry was considered easy too! Thank God they did not ask some detailed question or not Im a goner. Physics was logical but I did some stupid mistake! I lost literally 10 marks for that. The Q=mc0. and Q=Pt. I used Q=ml. I simply multiplied the valued here and there. The answers I got was a few hundred thousand seconds you know. I was like, "why so long wan". Although I knew it was wrong, I had no more time to think about the workings.

SPM went by like a blink of an eye. I remembered Jason asking me whether we are going to eat at Seng Heong everyday in the course of SPM. I am still not sick of the food there! It taste good. Kai Fan kar kai everyday man. RM 5. I guess I am still shocked that I am done with my secondary life. No more doing school stuff..hmm..

But, God is still with me-I guess in the midst of the constant changes you come to realize and appreciate even more a steady God. With that, I am happy and no matter what I go through in life I can still praise God with the many little things I still have.

This holidays will be awesome..I am going to spend time with my friends, hang out, chill and do stupid things, think about my future and studies, do some house chores and clean up my room. This the season to be jolly, fra-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la. Christmas is here folks. So, don't be sad if you have had a bad year but look forward and build a good mental in the year 2009. WUHUU! Its such a warm and joyful feeling!

Lastly, you girls who so desire to lose weight better start joggin now that SPM is over. Start heavy dieting if you need to! Call me k! I also wan to jog!

Honestly, I look like crab or prawn. Its comfortable and all la dun have to wash hair for 2 weeks all but already my face so ugly no more hair some more...

Why I cut my hair a? Well, I thought I can look better than the last botak time I had la... But, now i noe la...I look like some chinese lick hung boy or a samseng la..

Jason look really impressive though with his new hair cut, better than expected!

Apart from that,

I saw mamma mia weh! Its an awesome musical and one that I would definitely remember a long time! Its a beautiful movie with breathtaking settings and enjoyable casts! With its songs and says, its one movie any one can watch! Go Go Go Go Go, 50 in the house, bounce...oh sorry wrong song.... I mean MAMMA MIA HERE I GO AGAIN MY MY HOW CAN I RESIST YOU! WUHUU

SPM is coming, Prom is coming... how wehh... Study while carrying dumbells! Reading while doing sit ups...WUHUU... I also heard la some girls want to lose weight after SPM....Hm, you all better start earlier than that you noe, Prom is only 2 weeks after SPM! Unless you go surgery and cut your fats right, you all have to start GET DOWN AND DIRTY MAN! Start jogging, exercising, sit-up, plank, crunch, run.. whatever. A Reminder To The People

Hey all you citizens of Malaysia! I just want to remind you once again that this country has hope.

Many people said Malaysia has no hope with so many on-going political debates, unreasonable arrests and accusations and the ever so unstable economy and politics. I was having this talk with Shahnon the other day and I said we are the hope of the country, an additional departure of a Malaysian citizen is a hope decrement.

I am young and immature but I know what is potential and transformation. I know of new leaders taking up a stand to a country of civilization in terms of infrastructure and character, where corruption can decrease, where we no longer call ourselves chinese or malay or indian, where we call ourselves Malaysian.

For so long we have already been united and thanks to our own country leaders unity is compromised for the sake of selfish ambitions. However, we still hold our peace between brothers and continue loving one another despite all this boycott in power. The government have to realize that Malaysians are not stupid and our eyes can see what the government thought has swept under the sheets. All you selfish and incapable leaders, do you not know your salary is your service to the people and not your own?

People! Don't lose hope in Malaysia. Let us continue praying for this country and at the same time doing our part as citizen. God Bless Malaysia!

yellow!! BLUES DAT? man TRIALS ARE DRIVING ME NUTS!!! But I havent got my license yet:)

I was just thinking and suddenly I got a thought and vision about many many things to be done after spm. Boy was I happy when I imagined that and PUFFF :( The reality is===> SPM is not over yet!

However,

I would cherish all of my little time now and continue to strive for excellent results!

Brother or Sista, dun be too sad though, times like this will come and go like what my dear brother Dic Vinn said from the word of God, There is a season for every time under heaven. A time of something will always come and go, our studies, future, career. There is nothing you can say or do that is able to make it constant. We can never stay in our secondary lives forever! Anil said something powerful to me too that might be powerful for you! He said its alright when SPM is gone and things like that, it just means we can spend more time with each other despite college life or so.

Thats..good to hear! This people have changed my mindset alright... Hope it did to you!

As for what is relevant to my post, this is what I will be doing!
a) Intensive workout=till prom!

b) Prefect Trip, if can!

Emerge 2008

Hey all!!! I have a little free time or lazy time to blog!!

Emerge was awesome!!! Truly the hand of God is upon this event and upon every single individual!!

It was truly magnificent!!! We could definitely admit that God's presence was there!!

This event started at close to 7pm. It all started with the Fashion Show comprising of the theme-Summer 2008! Then, there was Joel and his band to perform. After that, there was a break and then it continued with praise&worship!! God's presence was there during praise & worship! After that, there was the medal tally count and SMU was third :( its okay, its only because we did not take part in many events! If we did, gone la... SMU number 1!

The Parade of Schools was won by M.I.N.T cluster. Their performance was great with very unique and different dances and cheer leading techniques. Their coordination followed the beat of the song well and its no wonder they won! M.I.N.T cluster won overall!!!

Then, Pastor Kevin interviewed Bo Bo(an International Artiste). As she spoke, God's love began to sweep across the hall and people started getting touched by Him and it is a very warm and comfortable feeling when you know God is touching you and your friends. I was really happy and deeply satisfied when we all felt God's touch together...something I will not trade in for anything else.

After that, there was altar call where Pastor Kong did not have to preach and immediately people responded to Jesus. Pastor Kong Hee was the speaker and boy he has amazing ability to speak and God spoke through him! The event ended with a song by Dione Warwick- That's what friends are for. "Keep smiling, Keep shining". :) Im really glad that my prayer has been answered and my friends and I got refreshed by God. Some of them too got a great exposure of Christian Culture and that was a prayer answered too!!

So hard it is sometimes to really focus on the things which are more important.

Your own strength can only help you by so much when you have countless obstacles to go through. You get weary and start to doubt your own attributes. Then, you compromise on your very principles and stand.

Nevertheless, that can be an opposite when you choose to change...Not with DiGi, lol... but with your mindset. The only thing that can get you through is a greater perspective in life. To increase your dimension towards life is to alter your condition or position. Its not that your problems dissapear but your problems will be known to you as a character building substance. When you know that, you no longer need to have yourself compromise or give up.

Quite different isn't it?

I was in this entire blur cloud of emotions. Its really hard to let loose someone and it becomes worse once options are not included. You tend to want it even more. You think about he/her, can't sleep sometimes and your priorities start to change. You become so emotionally attached. Then, this quick thought came to me and said, " Why when you worry what shall you profit but seek first the kingdom of God and all of this things shall be added unto you." I was shocked but even more stunned. How will this help?

You see when God said all of this things shall be added unto you, it certainly does not mean what you have asked for will come but it means your views in life will change, a new strength will be added, and you experience all areas of increase thus being equipped. I know some of us too have great chains in life and things that hold us back from our normal ever-changing lifes.

And so, I stand on my feet and let go off all my chains and fight this good fight of faith. It does not mean I will not think about it, it does not mean my emotions will not come back, it simply means that when it happens because of your new mindset and focus, your emotions and thoughts will not hold you back.

It is hard and still is. But it is worth it. One thing for sure too, no point worrying and thinking about it. I will take it as it is. When it comes, it comes. Theres more to life than any issue. Theres Jesus and all better things to be grateful about.

Remember, change your view in life and you will change your condition or position. Let God always be your priority for God says in Psalms, Those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.

I have been having terrible sleeps a few weeks now! NO thanks to mosquitoes!!!

WALAU!!! Imagine how frustrated it is to know that you wanted to have a long sleep and ended waking up between those intervals and getting beaten by a mosquito!!!

yesterday i was sleeping nicely all then i heard the buzz sound- little did i noe it was BUZZ LIGHTYEAR!!! WUHUU!!! YEAH RIGHT

Like surround sound wehh the buzzing... and at that very moment, there was one mosquito biting my hand... SEDAP DOHH!!!

As I couldn't take it any longer, I on the lights and MAIN BELASAH THE PILLOW ALL, Whack here whack there all... throw bom la, dance here dance there all.... AND PRAISE JESUS 5 were dead!!! WUHUU!!!

Then I happily went back to sleep only to realize that they were some more buzzing around wehh...

Sometimes, I wish I was Cicakman... NO MORE MOSQUITO!!! VOTE FOR A CHANGE VOTE FOR RIDSECT!!!

HOHOHOHOHO, Merry Christmas!!!! It's that time again!! YEAHHHHH RIIIIGGGHHHTTT!!!!

Well, thats what i'm goin to say of course when the exams are all gone but at this mean time, lets all put our studying cap and prepare for trials and for some of you end year exams or even PMR...

Btw, I had a crazily high fever today and my gosh this is the first time I got sick in like how many years... I hate being sick... Well, you will see me healed man in JESUS NAME!!! I think right I got sick because of the mosquito you noe... Everyday one whole squad bite me wehh... If the mosquito could hear, it would be like this:
Me: You scared huh? HUH!!! COME AND FACE ME LIKE A MOSQUITO
Mosquito: buzz buzz, buzz buzz
Me: SPEAK DARN YOU!!!

And the worse part is that my strengh is in no use... I will be like SMACK THAT WEHH If I can!!! Everyday wake up got some lebam here and there. ISHHH, im so irritated... But God is good :)

The fact is that we need to study soldiers... THATS RIGHT MAGGOT!!! GET DOWN BABY AND DO SOME STUDYING.. Give me 20! Give me 40 give me 120!!! The number is under minutes btw :) Oh oh it reminds me

Hey, lets buckle up and start studying- Remember, your aim is opening the book.

First day, study maybe 30 minute then later 1 hour, when you have a relaxing mindset like that, you treat your body well and you will definitely study more than what you think you can. Pamper your body and your body will pamper you back. Your body will start adapting to your mindset and you realize you can go the distance!!!

Soldiers les'go, Ladies les'go!!!

I hope and pray and am sure that you reader, are having a wonderful and beautiful week!!!!

Before anything, MY BROTHER IS BACK!!! MISS HIM SIAL...WUHUU!!! HE IS HAVING AN AWESOME MALAYSIAN TIME MAN!!! FINALLY MY BRO CAN SAY BAPAK, BABI, and the malay, indian, chinese, bangladeshi, kadazandusun, iban words all!!! HEHE!!! We basically spend time together by doing chores and makan...HAHHAHA lol...My brother became smaller as it was winter and all his energy was used to fight the cold, he was black as usual, and smells like some Australian guy la.. He brought back some chocolates which he himself bought!!! So sweet wehh!!! Just only work straight away bless :) awesome brother man...Melt my heart...they say M&M melt in ur mouth, this one both wehh..cause he also brought back M&Ms...i also dun understand that part..SKIP!!! Well, thats basically about my bro...his tall black and looks like him sounds like him and is him!!!

And my mom got me some fcuk shirt!!! It's so expensive weh... Thank you so much mummy(its not because of the price btw...its the thoughts that count)...love and miss you so much T_T :) My mom is still standing strong and great in Australia btw...She rocks my Batu!!! Its tough but my mom is tougher!!!

My computer cacat la... I on the computer right(left) then when reach loading which shows the windows xp loading right(left), restart back again u noe...AIYOYOYOYO!!! why la why...and the worse part is it might be the local disc that is damaged... haihz.. WHy WHY WHY-man...WYMAN!!!

Well, God still loves me and thats what that matters.... lol...random right? stun or not? no? Paki-stun!!

Sebagai konklusi, I will be unable to blog at the mean time... HAPPY RIGHT? NO LAME BOY?

However, praise God for that la, so now all eyes,nose,finger,ear,and hair and not to forget brain is all out to my books mate!!! I guess thats a good thing...Besides, even with my computer alright, I will still have to cut down so might as well have a broken computer to guarantee my success in studying :)

Lastly, mind you exams are coming... If its hard to even start studying, then aim to open your book only!!! SERIOUSLY, when you jz aim to open the book, you will eventually start reading and the best part is that it is so easy!!! OPEN BOOK...THATS ALL!!!

The night was amazing, it was full of glitter and magnificent sights to feed the eyes!!! Not to mention beautiful dresses worn, VEST, Coats, Tie, great hair-dos, Shined shoes, new heels!!! WOW!!! Everyone looks splendid!!!

The night started a little lost, with people wondering where are the performers. After that, it was all good with an awesome video presentation, speech, Jamie and Darren Lau's performance, the nominees, and + + + + There was Hannah Yeoh, the hip hop dancers, hmm, yeap i think that was the highlight for the evening la.

We were seated at table 14 and my hand was itchy(inside joke) I bend the spoon the table number stand, the ecplise mint metal box, the camera..LOL no la not the camera. AND YES WE WERE THE NOISIEST MAN!!! WUHUUUU

KL Tower is amazing, the place fits the theme oh so well... We went there by bus and came back by bus and we had a lot of FUN :)

Guess what!!! I am the smartest guy alive!!! WUHUU!!! yeah la...you are absolutely right!!! I am not :( HAHHAH... It was suppose to be sarcastic anyway 8-)

Yesterday, I reached the highest level of my intellectuality by doing moral project at night. BAPAK BIJAK!!!

STUPID RIGHT!!! STUPID LEFT???

So, on Thursday night, I just remembered that after Thursday is Friday and Friday is the handing up of the Moral Project!!! Without further thoughts, I quickly took my phone(no camera la sorry) with the 1 . 3 megapixel to take a picture of me doing deeds for Moral Project. Lo and Behold, my phone no battery even before I took a snap. WALAU WEHHH... Handsome sial

With that, I borrowed my fathers phone. I was like so syok taking picture all(only the perkembangan diri and keluarga) and then I was like saying to myself, "hehehehe, just alam sekitar and I am done!!!.. WUHUU!!!".

Quickly I rented my sister of her time and SNAP SNAP BABY!!! Out of the blue:

Good day everybody!! I hope everything is well with you and I hope that by reading my blog you will find life more than just your problems :)

yeap, I am here to talk about politics... sorry la...I can't stand it anymore, but that does not mean I'm not supporting my country...

Malaysia is a great country and it has the potential to becoming one of the most developed third world countries compared to the others ever since our 1957 independence. That potential, young youths, have not fallen short because of what this government had offered. Potential is not governed by circumstances, fuel hikes, or even the very government that rule over us. Potential comes from each individual citizen of Malaysia. Think about it... we are the roots and more specifically the government are the shoots.

What can the government do if we truly want to stop for example corruption?The government would have but room to only hear the hearts of the people. Slowly but surely if each individual in the society of Malaysia would play a good part in controlling the government's engine, there would be no reason why Malaysia cannot be a great country. Instead of blaming the government, let us first look at the attitude of the society. Complaining, blaming one another, refusing to support the country, moving to other countries... What do you expect to get and achieve? Progress? Malaysia 2020? If we do not support but at the same time maintain our integrity towards the country, who will?

If all of us(the society) can be firm and uncompromisable to our mission to create a wonderful country, then it shall come to pass. Honestly, the reality is- the government stinks... We live on the very land where there is petroleum. How in the world can we still be paying for the increment of the petrol price so great? There is no such thing as an anti-corrupted country. But the fact of the matter is this, top leaders of the country wants to curb corruption but the matter just got worse! Where is all the money of the people going to? Talk is cheap. If you think that the leaders of the country is corrupted, you first start being clean! If that is in progress and theres still no change, fire the leaders la! You do not want to lose your influence you see... I am not implementing solutions for this are just mere surface alternatives. The real method would be way harder and specific. I am here to say "When theres a will, theres a way". Well, I am sure that the leaders will realize and change. To all the clean leaders of the country, God bless you!!! You are doing a great job!!!

This country has hope and potential. Let us turn potential into purpose. Purpose= make this country wonderful and beautiful again. How? integrity... don't throw that rubbish, don't curse this country (what have you done to make it better?) , respect the countries law and principles, and stand up for what is wrong. We will continue and try to change.

hey hey hey everyone!!! How r u doing now that school has started? From what I heard, its good its good..HAHHAHAHAHA, I got back my results edi!!! Lets see... TUNGGGUUUU (from comedy court) my result improve you noe so even if its not as good as yours just say its good its good :)

CF Camp 2008 and More

Gosh, I am really sorry to all those SMKSU prefects who came for Prefects Council 2008 Dinner. I know I was suppose to come and perform and it ended up that all of you performed with some gila last minute notice. I am deeply sorry for my irresponsibility la and I am ready to face the music la :(

WUHUU CF CAMP 2008 ROXX!!! WALAU CHANGE MY LIFE WEHH, ITS GOOD ITS GOOD!!!
Well, I was the group leader for the team Skyline!!! THISSS ISSS SKYYYYLLINNNNEEE (suppose to be this is sparta but..) I am so blessed to have helpful and loving teammates such as Vivien, Vi June, Hua Kit, Ying Hao, Bryan, Jia Xing, Rachael, Kheng Boon, Mabel Tew, Tze Yann, and Erika as the overseer!!! Sincerely I miss them a lot la, each and everyone of them:( Thank you all so much for opening up your life story to me la and being such an awesome friend :)

Camp had amazing race, telematch, coin game, a lot la, and the sessions which were really life changing!!! The camp speaker was Pastor Gurmit Singh.

The camp started out little rough only at first and immediately during the second service, my friends started encountering God in the most unique of ways :) Thank you God for your actions :) I have been praying for a few of my friends and I want to thank God that their lives have had a change and touch from God. Ying Hao, Hua Kit, Jason, Ming Feng, and Andrea, thanks a lot for coming la, I really love you all and appreciate you guys coming. I hope and I will continue praying that God will change and transform your life man!!! Remember, God is able to work amazingly abundantly above all that you ask or think according to the power that is in Him!!!

Other than that, we had fun too!!! Got some shouting in the dorms, raping sounds ( OH JASSOOONN) HAHHAHAHAHHA, Got animal also, TWISTIES, STRIP POKER HAHHAHAHHAHA, NOT SO FUN FOR ME (inside joke), and so much more wehh.... I had the time of my life...EWWWWWW....

CF Camp impacted many lives and thank you committee(especially Jimmy and Wei Shen) for such endless effort and your effort has not gone to waste :)

With all of this CF camp was magnificent and I am sure that all of us are going to walk strong and consistently with God!!! God bless us all, good times or bad times :)

I watched it the other day and BAPAK cool wehhh... ASLAN like some GODLIKE ANIMAL WEHH, Roar one time some water elemental fella come out all, the tree wake up all... FUYOHH. I watched the movie with my CELL GROUP!!! VERY RUSH LA but by God's grace we make it there just in time :) Me, Dic Vinn, Wei Shen, and Sher Mun, walk all the way from church to Sunway Pyramid within 10 minutes!!! CEPAT LEHH...

What time is it? Not summer time, theeee!!! This is Malaysia!!! Negara panas dan lembab sepanjang umur hidup engkau, tak ada salji ya... its about CF Camp 2008!!! WUHUUU WUHUUU!!! God is going to touch the life's of the people, people's life are going to be transformed and restored, and I know that God is going to do a great work in this camp... But more than that... I just came back from Hillsong's Concert!!! WUHUU, so so so magnificent!!! Its a whole new encounter with God and with the band:) Joel so handsome wehh...LOL!!! This concert really changed my praise & worship life and God has touched me man!!! Its awesome!!! I have had an amazing time today!!!

Hey everyone WUHUUU... aren't you glad exams are over??? :) ITS THE HOLIDAYS!!! I am so glad and relieved now that this whole hard work, blood, sweat, and tears season are now gone! Exams so far has been really pleasing to me as I am able to do most of them now compared to last time Form 4 fail all...hahah... I think I have really studied way more compared to last exam!!! So, under God's grace let us hope for good marks!!!

CF CAMP IS COMING!!! WOW!!! I CANT WAIT WEHH!!!

This holidays is going to be productive wehh!!! WUHUU, I will be doing CF camp stuff...hehe.. bagi suspens sikit, revising a bit, and spend time with my friends, and those usual stuff!!! :)

HEHEHEH... eh sorry wehh.. i noe sports day long time over edi but...what to do?

well, instead of using time putting up posts, i was actually looking at blogskins!

my blog gonna go under construction soon!!!.. Don't worry!! I call the contractor, purchase cement nails, wood all edi!! WHAHHAHAH so lame wehh....So, with exams also in mind, i think i am only able to renovate starting from the ending of the exams! COOL RIGHT- starting from the ending sial.... WUHUU!!!

erm, right now, theres a lot of happenings going on within this week..
First, my mom left to Australia almost permanently. So, me and my sisters spent a lot of time with her and it was really sad because things will not be the same again and i will never be able to see her and it will always be a rush in time when she ever comes back to do this and that with her. I pray and I am sure that my mom will excel in Australia!!! She is the most GILA KENG mom I have met!!! GO SUPERMOM!!!

Next, IM PUTTING BRACES MAN...WALAU GILA SHOCKING RIGHT.. STUN OR NOT? NO LA.. U R PAKI-STUN!!! Well, on Monday night i was just praying to God and I said.. WALAU my teeth so ugly wehh... Then right, the same night I told my mom about it then she straight away say.. O OKAY LA.. Go do a teeth job (wanted to say nose job all) JUST LIKE THAT WEHH... Braces are like 4.5 K plus u noe...WAHH praise God man...

Then, the next day I went la for the 'check-up'. I sat on the chair and waited for my turn and suddenly I saw a light! YEAH RIGHT!!! LOL JZ JOKING... MADE YOU READ!!! Before it was my turn, I heard all the drilling sound, knocking, screaming in pain all.... BAPAK STEAM SIAL!!! My CHICKEN LEVEL was like GILA HIGH WEHHH... I almost wanted to say, " Doctor, my teeth went back in already la... So, i guess I don't need your services anymore!!!." No time to procrastinate sial...Straight away was my turn...The dentist was a female Indian and she was so FRIENDLY!!!

Then, she talked to me as she was my mom's friend and started some procedures... You see the 'check-up' word? ITS A CHECK UP ALRIGHT... She straight away say," Boy, I pull out your teeth now la since you going Australia end of this year... The faster the better boy, the faster the better". WALAU, okie lorr. Take out the gun, nail, hammer all!!! No la, just a very big syringe!!! Longer than a banana sial... I had to take out 4 teeth.....Well, I guess thats all that you should know :) I will be putting on braces by next week if everything is well!! PRAYER WORKS!

Lastly, it is about studying... Wah, it has been really stressful in terms of load... and like if you study non-stop and just doing the motion right... GILA BABI HEAD PAIN... However, despite all the load and work, it has not been good as i realized theres a lot more to go :( well, i will be more hardworking from today!!! Overall, I am really proud that I am able to study way harder compared to last yearla... Its fun to study!!! Its a fantastic feeling to feel when your purpose as a student is slowly achieved!!!

It has been so interactive and fun!!! Perhaps its because me and my friends are like seniors!!! hehehe, can bully people man (ahem* Sher Mun and Tajeev) HHAHAHAHHA. Overall, I think that prefects camp was really different this year and I believe that the juniors as well as seniors have learned a lot from this camp!!! Got Gangfight, Rugby, obstacle course, CSI, and leaders presentation...

Sports Day
WUHUUU Sports Day 2008!!! Walau, it was one of the most glorious days of my life and my whole team's life! Praises to God!!! BAPAK, in the morning I was like so tired wehh (the day before that I was talking to my cell member, Andrew Lau) Despite the temptations to sleep, I woke up!!! I reached MPSJ and started to get ready for the marching event.

We painted our faces with black-yellow stripe... ROAR!!! (Eye of The Tiger) Its Modern Cowboy la the theme...LOL we wore sunglasses, we put on our Hat and we know in our hearts we are ready to rock!!!

However... =.= TAK BOLEH LETAK CAT KA MUKA.... BAPAK... WE USE WATER TAKE IT OUT.... I WAS LIKE WHAT THE.... SUKA HATI LA NAK BUKA BAJU KE NAK CAT KE... THEN THE SLEEVE ALSO MUST put down.... walau... nvm its ok... lucky hat dun need take out only...if not I BUKA WEHH

So, as the marching started, things started to get tensed, Commands couldn't be heard clearly and all... But, thank God we are still able to march properly!!!

The marching was really great wehh!!! we did a formation!! We split the group into half and the middle was filled up by the frontline holding the banner 'Jebat Is Our Name, To Win Is Our Aim'!!! Then we hormat!!! So keng!!! This was the first time Jebat did this in such a long time!! Wow... I really never thought we could actually initiate this formation wehh...

Thank you Jeremy, Aimie, Nadra, Alyaa, Syafira, and Lucas... Without you guys , this whole team would not have won... I really honor you people !!!

So, after the marching my whole team then started cheering for the runners and we were like CEPAT CEPAT CEPAT (with hand gestures and leg gestures all) SIKIT LAGI!!! BOLEH POTONG!!! JEBAT COME ON MAN!!!

The teacher was like, ' excuse me, you cannot be here....' (BAM- teacher falls down) LOL JZ JOKING LA... GO GO GO GO GO!! JEBAT ROCKS!!!

After all that, it was judgement time!!! First, it was the marching results, almost the whole marching team get together and started praying to our own God (drum beats with heart beats) We waited for our Team to be called out...

DAN JOHAN BAGI ACARA LINTAS HORMAT PADA TAHUN 2008 ADALAH HANG (HEART BEATS FASTER LIKE TECHNO) JEBATTTTTTTT!!!!!! We shouted with JOY, We SCREAMED, We HUGGED each other and SHEER GLORY was OURS!!!! I looked up into the skies as many did and praise God!!! The whole team played their part and we won!!! (WAHHAHAH CHUN LEH I EXAGGERATE!!!) We took the hamper and celebrated with no end!!! My heart is overflowed with joy and thanksgiving, Thank You, God!! WUHUUU!!!

Well, all good things come to an end :( I am really sad that this are the moments I will miss th most... Thank God for all my friends and great times such as this... Without God, I think I will suffer emotionally... But its gonna be alright :)

Anyway...

Friends, now is the season to really sow in our education and reap a great result!!! Let us all start studying and start working hard... There is a time to play and a time to work, now is the time to work!!! Its going to be fun to know we are all studying in our homes and school!! For those not studying or still in the mood of fun, well, we are called to be a student to study and even if something so simple we are not able to do, what else can we do if not study? Studying is our only one and true responsibility.

I have not been studying with focus, let us study together and be educated people!!! Unity is strength!!! I believe its going to be good!!! Wuhuu!!!

Just catching a glimpse of my year so far, I was just amazed about what God has done so far in my life... It has only been 3 months and what more an entire life with God or even a year for that matter.

I went through very difficult obstacles, covered distances, soared up and came down, struggle through various breakdowns and here I am with Him still living a victorious life. I am not perfect, in fact to the point where I'm a bad example to the people, I am a flirt, I am not doing that well in studies, and maybe one or two more. Well, I will prove to you that I am not a flirt by really pursuing the girl of my life, Mabel and keeping my heart to her and I will study hard and consistently, in fact I improved a lot on the previous exam! I will do that mate!

However, I am not here to say that I am a different person now but rather to tell you the only reason I want to change my life, experience breakthroughs, encounter miracles, transform my social, physical, mental, and spiritual, is because I experienced God and my life was never the same again.

Friends, do you think life is all about fun, excitement, thrill, joy, sadness, friends, getting rich, and family? Well, what kind of life is that then... completely purposeless. I certainly know we are not here for nothing. I'm sure that deep down inside your heart, you will be wondering what is really life about... ALRIGHT ALRIGHT... This was the post that you, yes you were waiting for!!! Im gonna start with some intro song first la... hear this (Flo-Rida-Low) yeah man!!!

Hmm, I guess the entire hype about CampZilla has been slowly fading away but SO you can't do it like me, NO, so don't do it like me (From Soulja Boy- Crank Dat) zzzzz No matter what however, its not about good or bad but rather each individuals memory and experience. So lets get back on track!

The first day was pretty boring, we wanted to make games that were social based but failed cause we were unable to get them 2gether!!! (too shy)

The second day was much better and way more interactive. I see so many people started and progressed to talking and discussing about the activities that was about to take place. Furthermore, there were so obedient on following orders wehh (especially the Form 5's) except the few la of course!WAHH, I tell you I had so much fun seeing them getting wet all (dun think sick all okay) . We the committee's certainly had the time of our lives la... WHOSE THAT!!! hahhahahaha (inside joke) If you want to noe, it simply means towards Dheepan cause his black!!! ONLY HIM!!! WE LOVE ANY COLOUR...hehhehehe. That 2nd day got Obstacle Course, Egghunt, Splash, Fashion Runway, Sketch, and Camplight Sessions. WALAU WEHH, really History Maker la, other than those activities we had history making activities throughout the camp such as creating a picture through people, creating picture through bags, and doing the most unbelievable which really highlights the entire camp T-Shirt's words...

The 3rd Day was really nothing, jz small activities and cleaning up of the school. The reason I write this was mainly to publicize my appreciation and gratitude towards all the campers out there, I know that this wasn't that fun and exciting as you thought it would be but you all still give me a 100% percent commitment to this camp. Thank you so so much!!! From all the committee's, we wish to say we tried our best in this camp and hope that you gain something from it. Thank you all once again!!! WUHUU!!!

I'm kinda sad though, my last camp and I will miss you all la, I will always remember this camp and your faces (hopefully!)

In the nutshell, it was all good and memorable. Thank God for this camp!!!

Hi readers, I was just buzzing through the web and to my surprise, I came across this story of a teenager who lost all his hands and legs in a rare disease that left him close to immobile. He was not born like that, but as time moved on, a disease attacked him and caused him to lose his hands and legs. This story has moved me deeply and I'm sure with this close-to-biography, your entire view on life will be altered. Imagine all of us living in such perfect conditions, have hands, fingers, legs, toes and feet and yet still living in such terrible mindsets .

HILLSBORO - What would others think of his son? Would Dustin be able to do anything for himself? What would he amount to?

Russ Carter used to lay awake at night wondering these things. Most of his day was occupied by similar thoughts.

Dustin’s mom and stepmother had heard the same things: Dustin won’t be able to walk. If he is able to walk with artificial legs, he won’t be able to do it without help. He will need 24/7 care.

Dustin Carter had arms and legs once.

At 5 years old, he was strong-willed, always in trouble.

He was manipulative, mouthy and quite prone to temper tantrums.

But he was a terrific swimmer, could slam the ball in T-ball, batted cleanup, played shortstop and pitcher, and loved to run. He was getting ready for his first season of soccer. It was late summer 1994.

Russ was at work at Worthington Steel in Monroe when he got the call from his ex-wife and Dustin’s mom, Lori.

Dustin had a 104-degree fever and was having trouble breathing. At Middletown Hospital, Russ saw the pink and red blotches on Dustin’s skin.

“They didn’t know exactly what it was, but they knew it was some sort of bacterial infection and gave him an antibiotic to fight it off until they could find more out,” Russ says. “His fever was so high it could have been fatal. They were packing him down in ice. He was delirious.”

Dustin was air-lifted 30 miles to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. He flat-lined twice but was revived.

Russ still can see the lights of that helicopter, visible overhead as he sped south down I-75.

“His body swelled up; his head got big like a bowling ball; his hands were bigger than mine; his arms started turning black from the lack of circulation,” Russ says of his son’s condition.

He was told at Children’s that his boy would never be the same.

“Be prepared for the worst,” doctors said. “Don’t be shocked by what you see. We’re just trying to keep him alive.”

Dustin had been stricken by a rare blood infection known as meningococcemia, which is from the same bacteria that causes a severe form of meningitis.

The first time when I saw his video, I tell you, my heart broke and I was just so inspired. Friends, readers, and the non-physically challenged people, what are we doing better than this poor chap lacking in something but yet dominated his obstacles?

HEHEHEHEH... this is the best part of having a blog... You can write about anything you want especially if you are very eager to tell it to everyone....=P...Well well, Lets get started!!! I started working out more vigorously starting from the beginning of the year 2007 and gained undoubtedly great result even within the few months.

To start everything, I want to say that I'm an amateur bodybuilder and I really apply only the basics and some common complex ones. What I'm about to teach you are just the outer foundations of working out.

What you need to know about working out is your capability and mental. There is exactly no purpose of you working out if you think you are fat because what you think won't last when your brain is always constantly thinking about various things. Thinking won't help, Action definitely will. So, what you want to do is to build a very strong mental. When you work out, know that you are doing it because you want to be fit and not because you are fat. Understand your purpose of work out and never forget ( This creates discipline and constant momentum)

Once your mental foundation has been structured, you can move on to capability. Every single individual's fitness or work out capability differs according to diet, age, weight, gender, or condition. Therefore, you must know yourself more than ever before, start noticing how much you eat and your weight because that matters the most!

By having a great physical your self-esteem, confidence, and your life passion towards things will change greatly( Very much better than ever before)

After a very rough research, you can now start working out and Exercising! WUHUUU!!
Here are some tips for Rough Workout:
a) Create pressure with every single work out.

This year has certainly the most obstacles yet in my life. I am bound to face emotional meltdowns, higher mental endurance, and spiritual negotiation. There is just so many problems beyond what my age could only think about those days. Now, things change...times are getting harder, social atmosphere is getting inactive, the positive, joyful, and blessed environment are yet to be lost. The entire idea about life's perspective has started to be transformed.

Don't you feel it? Well, maybe not now... but later on throughout the year I'm sure you might.

LOL..Yes, it is Chinese New Year, But this is the reality of it and there is no point enjoying this week and the next suffering inwardly. For me and maybe for you, I have been succumbed by an ocean of lost hope and great obstacles. There is nothing wrong with it. But the problem is this, every time you try to cling on to the life-jacket, a big wave of powerful depression comes in. Your entire mood changes, your passion to endure wilts away, and to continue life with all its fullness fades away. Terrible and harsh isn't it?

Well, this is the season for all of us to arise and stand on our feet, steadfast in our faith, prepare a big boat of joy, positiveness, blessings, miracles, love, help, and kindness, braving through the oceans of negative and maybe save the others who are drowning!

This is what we are living for. Live life to its greatest potential. Why go on suffering, depressed, lonely, moody, and being negative?

Why not put on the whole armor of light and together experience love, growth, increase, maturity, blessings, joy, and miracles with God? Let us together be bold and firm that when the going gets tough, the tough gets going! We are going to have the right mindset, focus, the power to excel in everything, the necessary strength, hands that bless, soul that hungers for goodness, and heart to be a blessing! My Sister's 21st Birthday

Today is my sister's birthday and she now turns 21! WOW!! she is super blessed this year wehh!!! Got 3 celebrations for her, thousands of wishes, tens of gifts, and lastly, lots of LOVE!

At 2nd February, which is today, we went church first and then celebrated my sister's birthday in TGI in Subang Parade!!!! Very well done to the workers there!! Good food and Great Ambiance!!They really made my sister special alright!!

My Visit To Australia

Hey everyone, I'm still in Australia and WUHUU I finally have an internet connection!
I tell you its so difficult to get a connection especially when MONEY is the issue. The prize of everything is WUHUUU! But, my fathers money ma so =) its ok, not my wallet burn, his one only. I am currently using Azure connection, an application that supports the internet connection.( kesian...next time when I earn my benjamins, I will pay my father back...lol )

My 1st Day- Flight Day
ini macam buat laporan dohhh, tapi tak apa la, ini kan blog aku!
Alright, so it was 7.30 pm and we are now at Mcdonalds in LCCT. Nothing much that day and so at 9.00 pm we went on the plane. WALAU, never sit AirAsia if you want to go to far places wehh..suffer! Not because its uncomfortable but like pasar malam wehh! My flight is 8 hours and every 2 hours got like the stewardess come and sell food, merchandise, rokok, drugs, the syringe all..lol...SELL you noe. Then, the people will be like," i want one here, two here, another two here"( in Australian voice)...TAK BOLEH TIDUR SIAL!!! At night like in SukuBabi. lol..actually the real name of the mamak restaurant is SukuMaran. BUT NVM ( sukubabi sounds more funny)

Of all the ups and downs( in the plane), we finally came down. WALAUWEHHH, My ear GILA BAPAK SAKIT!!!! My father always fly here and there so he relax only..zzzz. He sitting beside me ma, so right when going to land he smiling and talking all, I was like walau MY EAR PAIN LA, why you so enjoy all!

My 2nd Day-Arrival
We reached the Gold Coast Airport at 9 am and we checked in at Mantra Legends Hotel, a 4 star hotel. WALAU, we can only enter the room at 2 o'clock you know. My eye bengkak, muscle aching all, hair kusut-masai babi, and we got 5 more hours to wait. Awesome la. So, we walked around and FINALLY decided to eat at Subway. I am some noob at ordering man! I went there and said, "Can i have the 6 inch bread". I thought thats all you noe, then she said, " and ? ". I said, " that should be it I think( with some fake Australian accent)". I look at her, she look at me, and then love at first sight....LOL no la.Then, my bro was like, "HELLO, 6inch bread with What!!!". OOOOOOO, l o l, then only I told her, " with some chicken please"...LOL..She gave me the Squidward face wehh...I gave her the money lor....

So, after makan, we walked around and reached the hotel at around 12.00 pm. We all slept at the lobby and then entered our room. WOW! praise god! The place is fantastic! The size and the design..Cool! So, after the settling down and so forth, me and my brother went to the Gymnasium and work out for a while. BAPAK!! The guys there so HOT wehh!!! WAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA, really! their body I would say is very proportionate! Their V- shape is quite deep. WOW! One more thing, the girls there are very sexy and voluptous. However thats in a ratio of 40% while the other 60% is either oversized or little sized.. LOL. I could say that the Australian girls are very well featured physically, their nose, eyes, hair, and body is to its last details. Very captivating. Above all that I have said, Asians overall are more beautiful in their own very unique and special style.

Hmm, what else...o ya! my brother and I went to the beach after the gym. Australians here are very group and family oriented based. The spirit of togetherness is definitely here. The people here use their mouth a lot!.. eat and talk! I won't say they are friendly, but rather they speak a lot even to the person they don't know. Its a good thing! So, after the beach, we went inside the mall for a while, and then we head on back home before goin for dinner which is at Mcdonalds!..The portion not that big also... Who say big!!! Disappointing weh...but its normal size la!

After dinner, we went back home and chill, and then sleep!

My 3rd Day- Sea World
I woke up around 7.00 am and the Sun is brightly shinnnnningggg ( actually is the Star is brightly shining from the song o' Holy Night). Everything was done and so we went on to the Door2Door Van and head straight to Sea World!!! ehh, give me credit la my first time go white country la..sure la excited!!We(my sisters) did a lot things and see a lot of things. We discovered dugong, dolphin, polar bear, sharks, birds and seals. We also got entertained by the Sesame Street show, Dolphin show, Seal Show, and many more!!

One thing that really captured my mind was their overwhelming amount of passion and commitment they have for this business. Imagine those performers performing the same show routine over and over again and the quantity of effort they have to contribute! We had a lot of good moments and we finally went back to the hotel at 4.00 pm! We rested for a while, started chatting with my brother and father....They all super sien ( never go out mahh) So around in the late evening, we went and have our dinner at Jasmine Chinese Restaurant. The food here is quite good in comparison with our hawker stall! Their rice and noodles are very delicious! mmmmm! O one more thing, the waiter really caught my attention wehh!!! She speaks exactly the way what Russel Peters said ....34.50 !!! hahahah !!! She really Chinese wehh!!!

So, later that early night, we finally got an internet connection for a span of 2 days and WUHUU!!! so sad...me and my bro play DoTA...Go Australia and play DoTA...but what to do...cannot waste ma! After that, I read the bible, pray and SLEEP!

My 4th Day- Lepak & Chilling Day
My father never buy an extra ticker cause he thought my brother very thin no one can see him.
So, since I already go for Sea World, I let my brother go for Movie world! I at hotel the whole day...Sleeping, Reading, Seeing, Smoking, Msn-ing.

Today...quite sien ..nothing much. For lunch we ate at Pancakes in Paradise and at night we ate at Burger King. I know its getting boring edi...so am I...sorry a...

After that, we all sleep. LOL ( some bedtime story wehh)

My 5th Day- Departure Day
Good times rolled out as the time to leave has come. We gathered in the hotel and checked out with our Breakfast in a Box meal. From there, we head on back to the airport and Goodbye Australia!

As a conclusion, Australia has been a very memorable trip for me and my family. We have not only gained knowledge about the country but manage to mend a distant relationship with my brother. Thank God for all of this!!!

Goodbye 2007 and Hello 2008. Indeed, the year has gone by with failures and successes we endure whether with hardship or glory. Let us not cling to what has already been done because there is only so much of little that we can do about it.

For me, I will definitely start my year by building my mental and spiritual life, and thats my foundation right there. I believe if we are able to focus on this parts of our lives, we can attain consistency, focus, discipline, and better yet strength to persevere through times we cannot handle.

Once I do that, I am able to start shaping my physical, social, and emotional, make it more solid and concrete. Saying it is so much easier than anything else. It seems that I already got everything in place.

For all of you out there, if you find it difficult to do the things that you must or just find it so consuming to have confidence due to hard times, listen to this song and you will gain strength, not Christian song but LOL.. this is my work out song usually....its very PUMPING!! WUHUUUUU.... Christmas is here again. Praise JESUS!! Wow, Its like a Walk To Remember as every year we partake of this Glorious event of any side of religion. Do you know what is Christmas?

Well, Christmas is the annual holiday that celebrates the birth of Jesus.

Always before Christmas, I always feel so comfortable and warm as this event really capture my heart. The day of celebration regarding love. Cool isn't it! Its just not like any other event where we just feel the joy and happiness.

Forget the sentimental note I written. Let us all celebrate with great excitement. WUHUU.. Lets buy presents, set up the Christmas tree, decorate our living hall, visit friends, hear some Christmas carols, breathe the air of Christmas and lastly, enjoy our weekend of Christmas. Theres so much more than it used to. God has really been all that for me and to end this year well i must not forget to place Him first in all my annual closure. It sounds pathetic to say thank you to God. Well, for all my years of living, I don't live this life for others. I live this life for God, my rock, my refugee.

Theres so many things that God has done for me; spiritually, mentally, physically, socially and financially.I have increased and grow more than I thought I could and for that, Thank You God. Don't believe my God can do that? My God is more than that. Test Him..Its a prayer away...

My Father

Today, I just want to express my gratitude to my father by saying Thank You. I never really appreciated everything that he has done and the amount of sweat and blood been poured out all the days of his working life. Ever since my family accepted Christ, of course I started loving my family even more, but I never really focused on every single member of my family.

Well, in this manner of course I did not hate him, its just that I have never realized and treated my father any better than I used to. Only after my family accepted Christ, I noticed something very different about my father. He used to be very selfish when it comes to money, very narrow-minded and never seem to have connected well with any of his sons or daughters.

All of that changed when suddenly through a small family prayer I really felt his spirit and I wept so to say. My father is now so zealous, sociable, lovable, and have become a spiritual leader and example to me. I am proud to say that he is my Superman. Have you felt a difference in your parents? 4 Sigma 2007 Class Trip

Hi Friends, we had our first class trip in mid October. And WOW, it was a blast!! Here is the agenda

8.00am-meet at the Ktm Station. ZZZ so early....

9.00am-we stop at KL Central and had breakfast at Mcdonalds!!The food was FU-YOH!

10.01am-we are at KLCC..wow its a magnificent place..My second time visiting and the price is so sedap !

11.00am-we were lavished with decision and soon chose to go to the park..what a splendid idea. In the soaring sun and the 'cold' weather we were chilling in 'cold' sun..and Its SO HOT!!!

12.30pm-we went back inside and then had lunch...my wallet got smoke...All the money all bakar!!

1.15pm-we had on to Petrosains...so entertaining. Especially when we decided to play Chi Ku Pak during the long wait...zzzzzz. AND obviously I was always in the finals. I could have won but the Joel a!!! A tourist couple was like....'childish kids'...

4.00pm-Indeed it was a long day and so the trip was officially over..SO SAD..Hopefully we can do this again!!!

Malaysia Malaysia...theres so many hilarious things about Malaysia that I just wont forget. Its lifestyle and basically everything else..sometimes its irritating but chill la..Its up to you to make it irritating or funny de ma...CORRECT OR NOT! I choose funny..so Babies, here are a few funny Malaysian styled issues = ).
*This is not to criticize Malaysians. This is for the sporting hearted and above 1 years old.

1. Poslaju-tak laju..I send a surat and it takes me around 3-5 days to reach destination. Sometimes, never reach..Their velocity to slow!! ( physics term)zzz LAME
2. Every time la when you want to do something good, the response will never be good! Example," eh brother, today you look very handsome la". The reply will be, " what's your problem, sorry la not as good looking as you". Trust me! Go to your guy friend and tell them, it works like magic.
3. When a person is in need of a help, it seems the help part did not exist!! Example, "eh bro, can borrow 50 cent a?". With full confidence, the reply will be, "you think what, I so rich a, don't lie la no money!". Sure the reply is something like that. WAHAHHAA
4. The punctuality of Malaysians-No.1. Suppose to be there by 1 pm, 1 pm only start car!
5. The TIDAK APA attitude. Example, after kencing in the TOILET, NEVER FLUSH!!PLEASE LA...All the sexy smell, the urine stain around the toilet bowl..zzzz...Don't have that boys will be boys attitude k!

-It just gives me a smile la when I remember all this Malaysian attitude-its just classic! = )

Secondary Gathering 2007

This year was a year of breakthrough's and miracles, it was entirely awesome and the year hasn't even ended yet. Remember what I wrote about blessings from a miracle?

Well, it is coming back to me again..LOL..sounded like a bad thing? NO, BAM! Its really God working in our midst. I started this gathering a few weeks ago with 6 people and then the following week 10 people and now with God's favor, we have 20 constant people with us!!! WOW!

If you are wondering what we do, well we basically come to Samuel's house every Thursday near lunch until 2-3pm. First we will have games,GILA CHUN ONES, then, we have praise and worship,VERY NICE SONGS!, and then someone will preach, usually me =P and thats about it. Theres a difference unlike any other gathering, this gathering have a little taste of God in it! Why would I want to put God, well because I know that once I do that, we are able to learn, grow, and become even more extraordinary, passionate, and caring for others.

One more last thing, so what if you are not a Christian? Does that mean you cannot experience God like I do? Certainly not, in fact, I encourage non-believers to come even MORE!!

UNSTOPPABLE...God, God, you amaze me! The day I got to know You is the day that life were more than words. Last week, the secondary gathering was only 6 people. NOT BAD NOT BAD!! This week got 10 people. Hallelujah! PLUS, got music too..WUHUU. Not only that, Samuel's dad gave us free food. It's so so so so so so amazing how God is able to move in our midst despite examination period.

More than that, I am also very pleased with my friends, they came with a passion and a sacrifice for God. I believe that this day forward the anointing of God, the atmosphere of faith and the power of God will continue to expand to our friends from them through this Secondary Gathering and their lives will continually be transformed, changed, and altered. Amen. Praise Jesus!!

Birth of A Miracle

We had a fresh new start in our secondary journey with God ! We (which consists of wei shen, yih shan, dic vinn, li za, samuel kwok, shu lynn, andrea and me ) finally got a vision from God to start this new gathering of everyone, especially those who are close to us to have a Secondary Revival. Praise God for that. We begun this vision on Saturday 8/9/07. We had a time of talking at first, then start sharing about knowing the possibilities of God and finally we prayed for a few items at Samuel's house which I sincerely said thank you and ....

WOW.. I could tell that it's really God in our midst, His favor will definitely be on our side ...Beyond this world! Although, there wasn't a big number present, it was about quality and not quantity. I would never despise the days of small beginnings. In the near future, I will continue praying and hoping for growth which I believe from today onwards will start to grow from 8 to 10 to 15 to 20 to 30 to 40. Amen!

Anyway, this stepping stone of sub-miracles will turn to a great expansion of an unexpected miracle. We shall breakthrough in all areas of our lives and breakaway from our sinful habit.

The Blue Moon Event

There is only word to describe this event.....CHUN GILERRRRRRRRRR!!!. What am I talking about..EMERGE KL 2007 of course! . In the course of 29-31 August we had an amazing time of praising god and experiencing true and remarkable presence of god despite the performances which was also quite supercool. It was so WHICKKKEDDD! The output? All of us will now go back to our own states or schools or colleges and start fresh doing God's work with a certain boldness and carry a loving, hungry, creative, and hardworking spirit. What happens to me?
Well, me and my friends will bring tremendous secondary revival to SMKSU. We will continue praying and believing for miracles-friends to be saved!

So sad but yet so joyful, I MISS EMERGE ALREADY! Truly Truly this event fulfilled my taste, a life-changing and transformation of the people around Malaysia. I AM SO PROUD OF CITY HARVEST CHURCH ! Happy 50th Merdeka Malaysia. I'm going to cry...SO WONDERFUL & So PERFECT. PRAISE YOU JESUS !

This hotel, the world's first underwater luxury resort, brings new meaning to the "ocean-view room." Situated 66 feet below the surface of the Persian Gulf, Hydropolis will feature 220 guest suites. Reinforced by concrete and steel, its Plexiglas walls and bubble-shaped dome ceilings offer sights of fish and other sea creatures. It's scheduled to open in late 2007.

UAE Spaceport

With an estimated price tag of at least $265 million, the world's first spaceport is strategically located to serve both residents and visitors to Dubai. The UAE spaceport actually falls inside the border of a nearby emirate, Ras Al-Khaimah, but it's a quick drive from Dubai, and the developer, America's Space Adventures, is clearly targeting Dubai tourists and residents.

The Burj Dubai will be the world's tallest building when it opens in 2009. Its shape is inspired by the indigenous desert flowers that often appear as decorative patterns in Islamic architecture, but it also has an engineering purpose: The swirl shape ensures that the mass of the structure lessens as it reaches the top, making the structure steadier. A mixed-use building developed by Dubai's Emaar Properties, the Burj Dubai will house shops, offices, residences, and entertainment venues.

One Central Park

Adding to the superlatives rising on the Dubai skyline is One Central Park, a mixed-use building that will feature the world's highest apartment. A sense of loftiness is communicated in the building's design, which places the residential section of the structure above buttressed "fins" that separate the public spaces from the private ones.

The building is also eco-friendly, as it's oriented to reduce solar gain. Taking into consideration the fact that skyscrapers tend to be inefficient in terms of energy consumption, Foster & Partners gave the building a central core that absorbs heat and a sunshade system, to reduce cooling costs. Dealing with temperature is a key design challenge within a hot desert environment.

WOW! Prefects Reunion was awesome this year. Even though, the event wasn't of good attendance it gives more room to privacy between everyone. I will miss this event until next year! Wat Happened? Well, the most important one is that The Revived Sound performed! Consisting of Me, Joel, Philip, Yih Shan, and Aaron Lim, we played the song Peterpan-Mungkin Nanti, The Wonders- That Thing You Do. I was walking like Brad Pitt, looking so macho ..that girls will pengsan when they look at me-Irresistable. Holding my football bag like a modal showing off . After the prefect's council game which we got 2nd place, me, Ying Hao, Jonathan, Yvonne and some of us went and MAKAN. Then, after the meal as I was walking on the streets of Wong Soon Kei Restaurant towards Yvonne's house, BAM ZAM ALAKAZAM!!! handphone MELETUP, my 6230i Nokia phone drop inside the longkang-my heart went like a beat box but my brain still could not register-i was so shocked that i just saw it sink down inside the KARI-NATED, BIHUN-NATED, YELLOW-NATED LONGKANG WATER.

Yvonne was by my side, laughing zz. Then, I called Jonathan whom is in front of me. He run to me, saw the grill that my phone went pass and he too basically Shouted With Laughter zz ..WALAU I remove the grill, picked up my phone and the bihun started coming down of the phone and the SMELL WAS (WOW) SO SYOK TO SMELL CAN MAKE MY LEG HAIR stand. But, by Faith i believe that my phone can still work. I carefully cleaned it. From that day, I will definetely remember to zip my bag.
